I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms could have been much more comfortable and cleaner, not matching the pictures advertised. However, the location was convenient and close to everything in San Jose, which was a plus.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice little balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, although the mattress was a bit too hard for my liking. The warm ambiance added to the cozy feel of the room.

I stayed at this hotel, and overall, I had a comfortable experience. The rooms were mostly good, but the mattress was too hard for my liking. The location was nice, but keep in mind it's not downtown or near the airport. The dining options were decent, and the hotel had a good selection of fruit and dishes. The service was satisfactory, and the inner courtyard balcony was a nice touch.
